This proposal is to install Reddest Rooster#4738 as an additional Community Leader, with the same role, responsibilities, compensation and term expiration as the currently CL’s.
When the term expires, the DAO will decide by snapshot whether to keep the additional CL slot for the next election term.
I would like to understand what we see as the current problem we are trying to solve.
Do we feel like the communication between working groups and the rest of the DAO has not been adequate?
Or is there something else that adding an additional person gains a benefit.
As a current Community Leader I’d like to think that the current implementation of meeting minutes has been a good start. And we’ve yet to have time enough to create the Long-Term Strategic Plan.
What benefit does the DAO gain for paying for a 3 Leader at this time.
